Terms of Service

Last updated: September 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Fraud Warden, a click-fraud detection and IP-blocking service for Google Ads, operated by Fraud Warden ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

Merchant of Record: Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle") is the Merchant of Record for all purchases made through fraudwarden.net. Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, sales tax/VAT compliance, and order-related customer service. Fraud Warden remains the provider of the software and service itself.

1. The service

Fraud Warden provides a self-hosted PHP client file that you install on your own website, plus a hosted relay service that applies IP exclusions to your connected Google Ads account when the client file detects fraudulent traffic. You are responsible for hosting and running the client file on your own infrastructure.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password and API key confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account and API key.

3. Free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full protection, no payment method required. We may modify, limit, or end the free trial program at any time, including for accounts we reasonably believe are abusing it (e.g. repeated sign-ups to extend the trial).

4. Subscription plans and billing

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

6. Your Google Ads connection

By connecting your Google Ads account, you authorize Fraud Warden to apply IP-exclusion changes (negative criteria) to the campaigns under that account via the Google Ads API. We only ever apply exclusions in response to fraud signals detected by your own client file — we do not make any other changes to your campaigns, budgets, or bids.

7. Intellectual property

The client file, relay service, dashboard, and all associated software are owned by Fraud Warden. Your paid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and run the client file on domains covered by your plan, for as long as your subscription is active.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee that it will detect or block every instance of click fraud, and we are not responsible for advertising spend, campaign performance, or business outcomes related to your use of Google Ads. Fraud scoring is heuristic and may occasionally flag legitimate traffic or miss fraudulent traffic.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fraud Warden's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost advertising spend or lost profits.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard; your access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date above; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection law provides otherwise.

13. Contact
